ink bubbles

had a lot of fun messing my bathroom up with this one. turns out the right amount of pressure on a piston will send ink shooting at a plane angle rather than down the waterspout you're aiming it at... so guess who had to clean up :D

this was a mad PP work, because the original, while it looked good on the 2,5" camera screen it didn't really perform that well fullscreen. so i had to cut some corners... loaded it up, played with about 6-7 layers and blend modes, then some filters and then i got something that, on my screen, looks ok :)

i was really disappointed today after seeing my caramel smoke at alina's laptop. on my screen (an LCD too but calibrated differently i guess) i have plenty of contiguous tones whereas on her there's just... white... oh well.

and tomorrow i'm making some prints yey :)
